I've been on a bit of a homemade pizza making kick over the last week. I've made an assortment of 11 pies over three different nights, using a variety of recipes and topping combinations. Here's a new featured I'd like to call Scenes From My Kitchen.

Jim Lahey's No Knead Recipe

MARINARA

San Marzano tomato sauce w/ parmesean, fresh basil, 

thyme, sage, pepper, sea salt and garlic

 

MUSHROOM

Mozzarella, ricotta, cremini mushrooms, olive oil, 

fresh basil, sage, thyme, parm, sea salt, and pepper.

MARGHERITA

Mozzarella and San Marzano tomato sauce 

w/ fresh basil, olive oil, parmesan, & sea salt

 

BUTTERNUT SQUASH

Butternut squash, ricotta, thyme, sage, pepper, 

sea salt, fresh basil, butter, and parmesan
